To pre-register for the 2012 Westchase Express Cougar Summer Collegiate Program, please complete the registry form below or email the information below to RobertVann@WestchaseExpress.com.  Submittal of this form will not guarantee you a roster slot in the summer program.  Roster slot selections are reserved only upon signing the 2012 Westchase Express Summer Collegiate Program Player's Agreement and Letter of Commitment.  Final confirmation of a roster slot will be released upon confirmation of receipt of all applicable fees or approved payment schedule agreements.  Any player who does not make full payment by March 31st 2012 may surrender their roster reservation slot, at which time an alternate player will be selected to fill the open slot.  The Westchase Express Cougar Summer Collegiate Program will only carry 28 roster players from May thru July and will reduce the roster to 24 players for the SW Regional Tournament and World Series.  For additional inquiries you may call (713) 553-0943 or email RobertVann34@msn.com.
