Team Direction

The Westchase Express Baseball Club is dedicated to encouraging and building our youth members into positive community role models.  Established in December 2008, the Westchase Express is a recognized 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the life lessons of baseball to players of all ages.  For each player, the coaching staff works to provide a demanding environment where they are taught on how to balance their competitiveness with sportsmanship; and teamwork with leadership under the trials and tribulations taught through the experience of the game.

New in 2012 will be the Cougar Den Live Cast program.  Follow all of your favorite WC Cougar players at http://baseball.iscorecentral.com/WestchaseExpress and get live play-by-play webcasts or mobile casts of the 2012 Summer Collegiate games.  You can also request email notifications of every game by sending an email to RobertVann34@msn.com or RobertVann@westchaseexpress.com.  You can also click on the picture and it will send you to the Cougar Den Live Cast website where you can get up to date statistics and data on all of your favorite players.

The Westchase Express Baseball Club since 2010 has seen several successful tournaments results, a overall winning record against the regional powerhouses, and saw more than 200 ball players ranging from high school to collegiate to former minor leaguers over the past 3 years.

TO DONATE - WESTCHASE EXPRESS 2012 SUMMER COLLEGIATE PROGRAM

To donate to the 2012 Westchase Express Summer Collegiate Program click on the Cougar link.  This link will allow you to donate to our summer program which plays more than 50 games from late-May to mid-August and travels for tournaments in Oklahoma, Ohio, and either Kansas or Florida.  When giving to the summer program you will allow players to participate in one of the fastest growing programs in the Houston area while at the same time making it affordable.  The average cost per player runs about $1600 for league / tournament fees, fields, equipment, uniforms, travel and lodging.  100% of all donations will go directly to supporting the operational costs of the summer program, with any remaining donations being used for fall and winter teams.

TO DONATE - SOUTH OHIO VALLEY 4TH OF JULY COLLEGIATE WOOD BAT TOURNAMENT

This year the Westchase Express Cougars are invited to participate in the 2012 South Ohio Valley 4th of July Collegiate Wood Bat Tournament located in Cincinnati, Ohio from July 4th through July 8th. Anticipated costs for travel, lodging and meals requires that we ask for assistance from potential donors such as you. Your assistance will allow for the Westchase Express Cougars to play a guaranteed 4 games of 9-innings against 15 other college eligible staffed teams from Kentucky, Tennesee, Ohio, South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Illinios. 100% of all collected donations are tax deferrable and used to cover operational costs only.

Since the Westchase Express is a non-profit organization you can help by using any of the sponsor or affiliate links to buy apparel, sports memorobilia, or sunglasses; or you can schedule flights, hotels, and car rentals on any of the links below.  With each purchase the Westchase Express receives a donation in support of the teams travel, lodging, and operating cost.  It is only through programs like these that the Westchase Express can provide the opportunities to the players.
